Four ways in, depending on what you need. All of them reach a person.
Something on the site is wrong
Corrections take priority over everything else. Email [email protected] with the URL and what is wrong. We fix it and note the change on the listing. Vendors get no special channel for this and neither do advertisers.
The same address covers anything you want taken down rather than corrected: a listing about you, your own tool, or content you hold rights to. Put the URL in the subject line.
You want your tool listed
Use the submission form rather than email. It collects what we need and gets you into the queue. Emailing us about a submission does not move it up.

Everything else
[email protected]. We read it. Response times are honest rather than fast: usually two working days, occasionally a week.
