Scored by Alex after real useOur verdict
RealtyRadar checks a listing's actual first-publish date, flags near-duplicate listings elsewhere, and uses ChatGPT to guess if the seller is the property owner or an agent. It's aimed at catching stale or reposted listings and misleading owner claims across Avito, Cian and Domclick. Coverage stops at those three Russian platforms, so it's no help browsing listings anywhere else.
✓What it does well
Listing age checkSurfaces the true first-publish date so stale listings don't look new.
Duplicate detectionFinds similar listings elsewhere to flag copied or reposted descriptions.
Owner vs agent detectionUses ChatGPT to estimate whether a listing comes from an owner or an agent.
✕Where it falls short
Three sites onlyOnly works on Avito, Cian and Domclick, not other listing sites.
Russian language onlyThe extension and its listing are only available in Russian.
AI guesses, not certaintiesOwner-versus-agent detection is only an AI estimate, not a confirmed fact.
