This extension exists solely to let IBM Task Mining's desktop client detect and log actions inside Chrome, as part of IBM's broader process-mining and business-automation suite. It doesn't collect or send anything on its own; it only works alongside a running instance of the IBM Task Mining Client. It's an enterprise support component rather than a standalone tool, so it's no use without the rest of IBM's Task Mining setup already in place.
