Scored by a Toolio reviewer after real useOur verdict
This extension is a companion tool for Stonly's own knowledge platform, letting existing customers embed the Stonly widget on any page, pick page elements with a CSS selector tool, and build step-by-step guides through a wizard interface. It only makes sense alongside a Stonly account, since the underlying guides, decision trees and AI answers all live on Stonly's separate platform. Anyone not already using Stonly for customer support gets nothing from installing it on its own.
